Your CHS Project Manager will be the patient, organized and hands-on liaison between you, your movers and wherever you're moving to. We can help you find a qualified mover and can even help you find the right retirement community or nursing home. As the National Association of Senior Move Managers (of which we're a proud member) explains, "Senior Move Management is the profession that assists older adults and their families with the emotional and physical aspects of relocation and/or “aging in place.”

We currently work throughout Southern California including Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Northern Orange County.

We work and charge on an hourly basis (to the quarter-hour). Because your situation is unique, the only way we can provide an accurate estimate is to send a CHS Project Manager to you for a free in-home consultation. Our Project Manager will listen carefully to your details and feedback on our services, and then compile a Project Plan and Estimate based on “the three Ss”: size of home and collection of items; scope and number of services needed; and how sentimentally attached you are to your belongings. There's no obligation! Your project plan can be adjusted by you at any time. You work with us as much or as little as you want to.
